Being a Litigation Docket Manager generates reports detailing action items and due dates. Monitors deadlines and works with attorneys to resolve scheduling conflicts. Additionally, Litigation Docket Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Litigation Docket Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Litigation Docket Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate has experience in handling pre-litigation personal injury cases for injured plaintiffs. Duties include providing superior service to clients; managing cases from inception to settlement with focus on maximizing case value and providing the client with an amazing experience every step of the way, professionally communicating with insurance adjusters and medical providers and meeting monthly and quarterly goals on individual and team levels.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
This is a full time position Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
