About the Position
We are looking to add a full-time litigation attorney with 5 years’ civil litigation experience, including:
o Developing and effectuate case strategies
o Perform legal research
o Drafting and responding to pleadings
o Draft and responding to discovery
o Draft motions and briefs
o Handle mediations
o Taking and defending depositions
o Handling court hearings
o Report case updates to managing attorney and clients
This position is hybrid. We expect that you will be able to attend all in-person matters, including depositions, mediations, and court hearings. However, you are welcome to perform your office work either in-office or from home provided that you have a suitable home office.
Minimum monthly billables negotiable
Base Salary:
o $100,000.00 - $130,000, based upon relevant experience and minimum billables, plus the ability to earn fee sharing

Graduation from accredited law school
