Job Description

Our court reporting firm is actively seeking a part-time enthusiastic office assistant. Our team works in a fast-paced, yet casual and fun environment. We are seeking an employee who shows a positive attitude daily, has a strong work ethic, can work well with a team as well as independently, and is highly motivated and possesses the desire to learn.

Position hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (somewhat flexible)
Position pay is $18.00/hr.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and requirements are, but not limited to:

• General office duties and tasks
• Great professional communication skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to photocopy and bind per instruction
• Ability to sort, file and email
• Answer and manage phone calls
• Precise calendar entry
• Postage outgoing mail
• Quality control
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail-oriented is a MUST
• Must show initiative
• Positive attitude
• Ability to maintain professional relationships

Qualifications

The successful applicant will have to get up to speed quickly and therefore, we will only consider those who meet the criteria listed above.
