Being a Litigation Docket Manager generates reports detailing action items and due dates. Monitors deadlines and works with attorneys to resolve scheduling conflicts. Additionally, Litigation Docket Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Litigation Docket Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Our court reporting firm is actively seeking a part-time enthusiastic office assistant. Our team works in a fast-paced, yet casual and fun environment. We are seeking an employee who shows a positive attitude daily, has a strong work ethic, can work well with a team as well as independently, and is highly motivated and possesses the desire to learn.
Position hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (somewhat flexible)
Position pay is $18.00/hr.
