Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in a personal injury case manager role
Personal injury demand letter experience
Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
People focused, empathetic and caring
Technology proficient – Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
Some medical experience is a huge plus
Highly detail oriented – able to create and understand timelines, review, and assess reports
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident with Self-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
