Morrison Mahoney LLP seeks an experienced litigation attorney for its Manchester, New Hampshire office. This is a rare lateral opportunity to join a busy and growing civil litigation defense practice with active cases in New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine, servicing well-known, marquee clients in general and professional liability matters, including medical and hospital malpractice.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice in New Hampshire. Vermont and/or Maine admission is desired.
• Six to ten years of litigation experience required. Portable book of business is welcome, but not necessary.
• Trial, arbitration, deposition and/or administrative hearing experience.
• Excellent research, writing, oral advocacy and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 (salary commensurate with experience).
