Litigation Support Manager oversees the team that uses technology to support an organization's litigation efforts. Develops and implements policies and procedures for designing, implementing, and maintaining litigation databases. Being a Litigation Support Manager is responsible for the technical aspects of document organization and control, including electronic discovery (eDiscovery). Provides training to the end users on database use and document management. Additionally, Litigation Support Manager confirms the accuracy of the documents and exhibits for trial. May handle more complex cases. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Litigation Support Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Litigation Support Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     All Therapies Support is seeking a skilled and compassionate Targeted Case Manager to join our team. As a Targeted Case Manager, you will work with children and families to assist them in getting the support they need in order to access healthcare, education, or other services. Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, developing personalized care plans, coordinating services, advocating for clients' rights, and monitoring their progress. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of behavioral health issues, and a commitment to improving the lives of their clients. 

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree is required; field of study in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is preferred. 
    • Candidates with the Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM) certification are preferred.
    • Certification as a Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM) is required within first year of hire.
    • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing person-centered care.
    • Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed documentation.
    • Experience working in behavioral health, mental health, or substance abuse settings is preferred.
    • Knowledge of mental health conditions, including diagnostic criteria, treatment approaches, and community resources.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a caseload.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and community agencies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide in-home services to clients; complete required assessments.
    • Identify and assess client and family needs, and evaluate, coordinate, and oversee necessary services and treatment.
    • Assist and educate individuals and families, helping to articulate goals and provide needed information. 
    • Develop a service plan with client and parents in order to ensure they receive the appropriate treatment plan of care. 
    • Develop and maintain client records, and maintain confidentiality. 
    • Monitor the appropriateness of services to the client.
    • Complete documentation for Medicaid billing.
    • Coordinate and advocate for services and conduct community outreach as needed.
    • Work with the client's family to address issues related to the client's service plan.
    • Participate in the clinical review of client services to enhance placement into higher levels of care when appropriate.
    • Participate in Family Service Planning Team (FSPT) to arrange for non-Medicaid funded services.
    • Attend staffing meetings on behalf of the client to oversee that needs are being fully addressed.
