Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents for court filings
- Manage and organize case files, including document review and maintenance
- Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel and court personnel
- Prepare correspondence
- Assist with preparation of trial/mediation/hearing/deposition documents
- Utilize document management systems effectively

-Thorough knowledge of Montana Courts E-Filing System
- Provide clerical support as needed

Experience:
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in legal research methodologies
- Experience with document review processes
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $59,174.00 - $62,643.00 per year
