Lifestyle Support Services, Inc. is a human service organization seeking an experienced full-time Behavioral Specialist professional. The position is responsible for the , , and of consumer Behavioral Support Plans (BSP) as well as the overall behavior management of individuals diagnosed with (ID/MH) who reside in residential community group home settings. Responsibilities include but not limited to data collection, data analysis, completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA’s), 1:1 session(s) with individuals, staff training, observation and collaboration with individuals, families & external sources, completing monthly & quarterly reports, development of safety plans etc. All necessary electronic equipment is provided (ex. laptop, cell phone, vehicle etc.). Traditional work hours (8am-4pm) but will require some non-traditional hours due to crisis or needs of the individual(s). Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements: a master’s degree in the human service field with experience working with individuals diagnosed with IDD and preferably a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License. The annual salary for this position is between $50,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience. Candidates must obtain ACT 33 and 34 clearances with a valid PA driver’s license.
