Trains end users in database use and document management. Additionally, Litigation Support Specialist may assist in the preparation of documents or exhibits for trial. Requires a bachelor's degree. UFG is currently looking for a Litigation Specialist to work closely with our Claims team. As a Litigation Specialist you will be responsible for monitoring and directing the handling of claims in suit by staff persons, independent Claim Representatives and attorneys. Provide initial directions, coverage analysis, review of work product, and application of general technical expertise as required by the complexity of the claim and the experience of the Claim Representative, Supervisor, Manager, or Attorney.
