In this role, you'll provide individual skill development and support to youth and adults referred through the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program. You'll help clients achieve their individualized goals by assisting them in their journey toward success. Our program is all about making a difference in the lives of our clients and their families. We offer a range of services including individual meetings, fun recreational activities that build social skills, crisis intervention, school support, and parent contact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE YOUTH SUPPORT SPECIALIST:
LOCATION: Local travel is required to work within client homes or other community spaces, with mileage reimbursement. Flexibility to work hybrid/remote when client visits are not scheduled. Must be able to meet in-person with clients located throughout Brown County, Wisconsin.
SCHEDULE: Part-time leading to full-time. Hours are varied, typically during business hours Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm with occasional weekends.
