RumbergerKirk seeks a Litigation Support Clerk to work in a fast-paced law office supporting multiple attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and managers. If you are looking to learn from the best and grow with the firm, this is the position for you! Duties include: opening files, managing the electronic file cycle, indexing, email management, scheduling, e-filing, word processing, and various other litigation support tasks. This position also acts as a back-up to reception and office services roles.

No experience is necessary although exposure to a professional services office environment (e.g. law, CPA, engineer) is preferred. Excellent proofreading, communication, writing, and computer skills are required.

Qualifications

Education/Certification: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Skills/Abilities: Team player; creative problem solving; ability to work independently and with flexibility to meet deadlines.

Experience Required: Prior office/law firm experience needed. Supervisory experience required.
