    What You’ll Do  

     

    A Senior Consultant is responsible for providing clients with guidance in various spheres of business, including corporate strategy, business transformation, and digital and innovation capabilities across the pillars of people, process, data, and technology.  These responsibilities include performing functions to identify and solve complex business, organizational, and operational challenges while defining and improving associated processes.  

     

    Tasks may include: 

     

    • Assisting in Strategy and Management Consulting projects across the practice that may include strategic plans, organizational assessments, capability maturity assessments of project and asset management capabilities, market analysis and training materials 
    • Supporting project delivery capability maturity assessments against industry best practices and FTI expertise, identifying gaps and developing improvement plans 
    • Supporting asset management maturity assessments against ISO 55001 and the IAM maturity model, identifying gaps and developing improvement plans 
    • Analyzing client’s current state by supporting analysis of business processes, document review, and focused workshops 
    • Supporting development of work products including presentations and reports at both the working and executive levels 
    • Developing models and conduct asset analyses to support condition assessment, lifecycle costing and portfolio optimization. 
    • Performing market/customer research, trends, and competitor analysis to help customers to drive revenue, improve market share, and expand customer intimacy 
    • Summarizing insights from analysis and clearly communicating analytical findings in a cohesive story and articulating an argument to be presented to executives 
    • Developing client-facing materials with Microsoft Office products, using skill in PowerPoint to turn textual information into compelling, easily understood graphics 
    • Developing status updates and work schedule estimates to support Engagement Leads

    What You Will Need To Succeed   

     

    Basic Qualifications:  

    • BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Economics, Statistics or in a related field  
    • 2 years of post-graduate, professional experience in strategy and management consulting, capital projects & infrastructure, asset management, reliability management, asset integrity, systems engineering or a related profession 
    • Fluent in English and Portuguese 
    • Willingness to maintain a flexible travel schedule  

     

    Preferred Qualifications:  

    • Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent 
    • Industry experience in oil and gas, manufacturing, chemicals, or power and utilities  
    • Previous asset analytic and modeling experience 
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset 
    • Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results 
    • Possesses advanced Excel skills to aggregate, model, and manage large data sets and be proficient in PowerPoint and Word  
    • Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team 
    • Takes initiative to identify solutions before escalating to others 
    • Takes pride in work and creating a polished product 
    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills 
    • Proactive individual with strong drive, ambition, and enthusiasm 
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize changing work loads
