    This team member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service through our service department transactions. This involves answering the customers and technician inquiries and providing needed support in a timely and accurate manner.


     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

    • Schedule and dispatch workload on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
    • Track efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout the Service Dept.
    • Assist with monthly departmental reports
    • Assist with management of work in progress (WIP)
    • Provide support to the service staff (internal)
    • Maintain good standing relationships with manufacturers and vendors
    • Initiate work orders
    • Provide support for customers (external / customer service)
    • Service department data entry
    • Input and reconcile warranty and fleet claims
    • Assist customers (external / internal) with rental equipment contract production, shipping & receiving
    • Maintain a collaborative environment among teammates

    SKILLS:

    • High School Diploma or GED is required.
    • Excellent Customer Service Skills
    • Service support experience in heavy equipment, agriculture or automotive industries preferred

    • Strong Microsoft 365 Suite capabilities, advanced Excel experience
    • A dedicated, self-motivated, energetic mindset focused on solid work ethic
    • Meticulous attention to detail- both methodically and thoroughly
    • Creative problem solving and planning abilities
    • Well-rounded coaching ability
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication.



    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    The job will operate in various environments to include but not limited to, climate-controlled office and warehouse.

    Job Type: Full-time (40 hours a week) Monday - Friday



    Compensation: Competitive pay; on average starting around $18 /hr., based on skill and experience.
