Being a Litigation Support Specialist is responsible for the technical aspects of document organization and control, including electronic discovery (eDiscovery). Trains end users in database use and document management. Additionally, Litigation Support Specialist may assist in the preparation of documents or exhibits for trial. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Litigation Support Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. This position is part of the Client Support Division that is responsible for providing customer support to new and existing payers and providers with account set up, maintenance and acceptance and delivery of medical bills, payments, and/or other insurance-related processes. This includes, but is not limited to, direct interaction with our client’s business and technical resources, as well as internal Jopari staff. This division provides ongoing support via the telephone and an email ticketing system for existing payer clients and providers in the event of technical issues. We work closely with operations and development personnel for all products and services as well as external clearinghouse partners, submitters, and payers.
