Summary: An imaging clerk serves a vital role in the loan department. A prospective candidate must become familiar with loan documents and the capabilities of the imaging system. Paper documents will become an electronic file viewed within the organization and available for auditors. It is crucial that these documents be sorted and properly labeled for easy retrieval and storage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Backup for loan booking specialist

2. Prepare imaged file for audits

Experience and Other Requirements:

· Work independently

· Attention to detail

· knowledge of lending procedures,

· good organization skills,

· Time management skills,
