Overview:

Join our team at Exotic Car Leasing as a Collection Agent and Risk and Recovery Specialist. We offer a fast paced work enviroment and are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills to assist us in managing the risk of our Exotic Car Loan portfolio. Only experienced individuals who are bilingual (English/Spanish) and local to the Pompano Beach area will be considered.

Skills and Responsibilities of the perfect candidate:

- Advanced written and verbal communication skills required. Position may require communication with Lessees, Insurance Agents, Body Shop employees and Repossession Agents via phone, email, text and chat.

-Expert negotiation skills. Utilize negotiation skills and overcome objections to persuade customers to resolve delinquency on their auto loan.

-Utilize and master multiple softwares- Master payment processing software in order to track and manage accounts receivable. Master GPS tracking softwares in order to execute light skip tracing.

-Contact customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve billing issues

- Provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with billing inquiries

- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities

- Adhere to phone etiquette standards when communicating with customers

Experience:

- Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable preferred

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively

-Proficient in Excel and Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
