The Taverna Collection is looking for a high performing Finance Manager to join our team and help grow our Finance PVR to the next level.

Are you a top performing Finance Manager at a current auto dealership with strong PVR numbers looking to join a dealership with very strong deal flow and opportunity to grow your earnings?

We are The Taverna Collection (www.drivetaverna.com), an auto dealership specializing in European and luxury vehicles. We have been in business 15 years. Benefits include 401k with 3% match, top tier Health, Dental, and Vision insurance. We sell 250 units monthly and are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team.

The right candidate is a top performing Finance Manager at a current auto dealership with historical PVR figures to back up stated performance. Someone who is ethical, detail oriented, with great CIT management and ability to sell products properly. You would report to our Finance Director.

Responsibilities:

• Present a menu of products on every deal and upsell each customer with a tailored back-end product offering, ensuring on average 2 products per deal sold
• Ensure compliance checks are done on each deal
• Submit a clean deal to our lending partners 100% of the time, with no CIT >7 days

Qualifications:

• Must be a high performing Finance Manager at a current auto dealership
• Flexible schedule – weekend and evening hours required – Alternate between working 5 and 6 days a week
• Excellent communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
