To organize and make certain all dealerships vendors are paid accurately and on time

Interacts with vendors to verify billings
Responsible for ensuring all billings are accurate and paid timely
Responsible for keying in accounting program and linking billing in the system
Responsible for cleaning schedules
Responsible for obtaining all proper signatures before releasing funds
