Loan Collection Clerk jobs in Spartanburg, SC

We are looking for a competent accounts receivable billing and collection specialist.  This person will be responsible for billing all customers and tracking the payments for each customer.  They will also be responsible for collecting all past due accounts.  They will work with the owner to determine if the past due accounts need to be sent to collections or turned over to an attorney for collecting.   

Collection Specialists responsibilities include:

Researching accounts to identify if insurance payments have been issued to the customer or if payment has been issued directly to us.

Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments.

Finding and contacting debtors to arrange debt payoffs.

Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity.
