Loan Collection Clerk jobs in Terre Haute, IN

As a Collection Assistant, you will perform collection duties for a defined portfolio of accounts. 

In this role you will:

• Develop relationships with your assigned portfolio of customers
• Ensure invoices are being paid in a timely manner; meet assigned collection goals
• Provide customers with reports and information on their accounts
• Update customer data

What you bring to the table:

• Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle a consistent volume of customer inquiries
• 3 years related experience preferred
• 2 year degree preferred

Work shift and hours:

• Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
• Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
• In-office to start during 3 month training period, followed by a hybrid rotational schedule of 2 weeks in the office and 2 weeks remote.
• Paid time-off, including 3 weeks of vacation, sick time, and volunteer time.

Compensation Details:

• The expected rate of pay for this position is starting at $19.00/hour depending on experience.
