-Creating and executing a detailed and comprehensive business development, marketing and sales strategy and oversee these areas of the company’s operations.
-Developing a database of key market segments, business leads and potential borrowers.
-Developing a database of potential referral sources, including commercial real estate brokers, investors, bankers, mortgage brokers, private money lenders and alike.
-Personally market CRE Loan products to borrowers and referral sources.
-The ability to market CRE Loan as a premier commercial finance advisory firm.
Education and Experience:
-CRE Loan is seeking candidates with a minimum of 5-10 years experience in the commercial real estate industry.
-Masters degree in business administration, real estate or equivalent is preferred.
-Individuals who have a bachelor degree from a tier 1 university along with 5-10 years of related real estate or finance experience will also be considered.
