Ensures procedures are followed and all loan policy guidelines are appropriately applied. Being a Loan Examiner Manager contributes to or leads more complex exams. Mentors, trains, and assesses the examination team. Additionally, Loan Examiner Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Loan Examiner Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.
