    Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

    • Staying on top of a high volume of calls and emails
    • Managing leads and pipeline within the lending software
    • Processing and coordinating loan transactions with clients, title companies, lenders and investors
    • Management of Loan Servicing
    • Oversight of processing and servicing support staff
    • Management of customer service related to the portfolio
    • Drawing and reviewing transaction related documents
    • Collaboration on business development projects, marketing strategy, fundraising and lending events
    • Collaboration with accounting team on monthly reconciliations
    • Assist with Investor Relations
    • Assist with Debt Fund management
    • Research and Project Management
    • General office duties
    • Promote innovation and success for yourself and the company

    Soft Skills needed for success :

    • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
    • Excellent communication, reading, writing, and customer service skills
    • Self-starter, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and follow-up
    • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as within a team environment

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum (1) year lending related experience
    • Knowledge of real estate and mortgage lending industry terms
    • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and their Gmail equivalents (G-Suite)
    • Proficiency with CRM Systems a plus but will train
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Cell Phone
