Job Summary:
This person reviews consumer loans documents for completion and accuracy, as well as all incoming titles and Drafts, and provides administrative support, including but not limited to scheduling, typing/word processing, and other duties as required. Must follows the work procedure of the department and maintains confidentiality at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

Manage incoming phone calls.

Work closely with other lending departments.

Coordinate purchasing of supplies for the lending department (Visa, Indirect Lending, Loan Review and Credit Analyst Departments).

Update internal lending reports (weekly).

Audit incoming loan files to ensure all conditions and loan details are properly documented and report all findings to Management on a weekly basis.

Assist department with annual compliance reviews.

Review daily loan changes report to ensure all changes to accounts are documented in accordance to policy.

Analyzes loan files to determine adverse trends that may affect the integrity of Credit Union.

Post, track, and reconcile Lenders Protection and Lenders Option transactions along with providing monthly report to upper management.

Monitor all new auto loans to determine correct pricing and that adequate collateral information is recorded.

Track valid proof of automobile insurance coverage on new auto loans.
-
Provide guidance to Loan Service Representatives in reference to auto loan documentation.

Train employees to review auto loan documentation files.
-
Compile and prepare Monthly Board reports as assigned.

Process/Prepare payoff check, total loss checks and Referral checks for posting to appropriate accounts/GL’s.

Maintain and monitor files for pending titles on Draft & Refinanced vehicles.

Work closely with Tag Agency to finalize transactions on Refinanced vehicles (daily).

Review dealer drafts for proper documentation and accuracy prior to remitting payments to dealers on daily basis.

Work closely with dealers titling and accounting departments.
-
Monitor all pending titles imported and received via third party vendor for lien recording and titling details.

Process DMV Tracking Reports (weekly).

Perform Audits on Credit Analysis underwriting and report finding and recommendation to management.

Minimal lifting of boxes not to exceed 20 pounds.

Other duties/assignments/projects as per Management.
Requirements:

Must possess excellent organizational skills and very detail oriented.

Must be PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel.

Strong oral and written communication.

Strong analytical skills.
-
High School graduate or equivalent.

6 months minimum experience in a lending environment
