Who You Are:
We are looking for someone to join our team who is highly organized, detail oriented and has an ability to analyze various types of data. A knack for task and calendar management is vital to this role. We are looking for someone who can conduct themselves professionally, handle initial intake, and has a customer service mindset. An ability to help keep LO on task, reduce distractions and assist in goals is essential. Strong and professional communication skills, both through email and phone will be needed to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities:
· Manage LO’s email communication
· Calendar and task management for LO
· Loan application intake
· Manage team events (team building, birthdays, etc.)
· Keep LO focused and on track
· Assist in goal setting and regular check-ins
· Assist in client and real estate partner retention through gifts, follow ups, and check ins
· Manage expense reports
· Data tracking of leads, marketing, and closed loans
· Assist in digital marketing and mailers as needed
· Incoming lead management
· Personal or other needs as needed
Requirements:
· Must be able to be in the office 5 days a week.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as an administrative or personal assistant
· Mortgage industry experience and NMLS license is a plus but not required
· Bilingual is a plus but not required
· Computer skills including ability to navigate Microsoft Suite, Wix, Canva, CRM databases, and Encompass mortgage software etc.
· Experience with digital marketing (i.e. website management and social media)
· Ability to work under pressure and prioritize
· Ability to manage tasks and calendar, keep LO on track
· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
· Ability to think creatively
· Ability to analyze data, specifically in assisting with setting and achieving goals
