Responsibilities

Outbound effort – Reaching out to company-provided leads through calling, texting, and emailing.

Keeping leads updated in CRM.

Managing pipeline through LOS from origination to funding.

Follow up with post-fundings regularly to evaluate customer needs and ask for referrals.

Convert inbound leads when given the opportunity (handed out based on production)

· Be able to learn quickly.

· Leads provided from internet, mailers and multiple radio stations.

· Superior telephone, organizational & customer service skills

Requirements

· NMLS Licensed required.

Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook proficient) & English proficiency

· Outstanding organizational and time management skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload w/willingness to work until the job is completed!

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Impeccable Discretion & confidentiality
