Lockbox Manager manages, coordinates and oversees all aspects of the company's lockbox operations. Coordinates and monitors daily operations in the mail room and money transfer. Being a Lockbox Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a senior manager. The Lockbox Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. *Proven experience as a store manager *Strong organizational skills *Excellent communication and customer service skills *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
