About the role:As an Industrial Engineer/ Process Improvement Manager, you will collaborate with our Leadership Team to enhance operational efficiency in production environments.

About the team:You will work with our Lockbox Processing Group across multiple business locations, serving both Retail and Commercial sectors.

- Provide leadership for business process analysis
- Analyze and report on implemented improvements
- Recommend software automation upgrades
- Integrate new processes and facilitate change
- Assist in continued improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of operational processes and technologies
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Experience in process documentation and project management
