Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Data entry into database (Filemaker) to track orders.
• Assist with billing needs.
• Verify data that comes in from the locksmiths.
• Schedules appointments with customers.
• Communicates regularly with locksmiths.
• Support office staff with additional administrative tasks .

Requirements and skills

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Microsoft word, excel and outlook are required.
• Strong data entry experience
• High School degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
