Summary :

Responsible for the maintenance, installation, and repair of locks throughout the facilities as well as the creation and installation of all new signage for the facilities. S/he may also perform duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager. Make badges for new hires when lost, not working, require new credentials, and for department and position changes. Respond to Human Resources and leadership about employee access and terminations. Monitor prox doors. Assist in the maintenance of the hospital and associated grounds to maintain the upkeep, operations and appearance of.

Responsibilities:

1. Must have knowledge of Maintenance policies and procedures. 2. Complete work orders, preventative work orders, projects & call ins, in order of urgency or as directed by Maintenance Manager. 3. Replaces ceiling tiles and light bulbs according to policy. 4. Performs basic plumbing skills. 5. Performs basic mechanical skills. 6. Performs basic carpentry skills. 7. Performs basic electrical skills. 8. Reviews, adjusts and repairs doors 9. Fashions internal signage 10. Performs repairs on the building finish such as patching and painting. 11. General Maintenance duties. 12. Search camera videos 13. Build access groups and roles with new prox doors 14. Work on schedules for doors when requested 15. Complete and maintain Avigilor monthly. 16. Search transactions. 17. Provide access to staff assigned to work at A.R. Gould facilities.
