We are looking for a self-driven, detail oriented individual with excellent communication skills. As our Customer Service Representative you will be the direct link between our company and our customers. This individual will need to be a team player, since duties will also include communication and working with technicians and other staff members to ensure our customers receive the best service possible.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Providing information to customers about products and services
• Following up with clients or customers to ensure satisfaction
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
• Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
• Answering phone calls
• Welcoming visitors
• Keeping detailed and accurate records
• Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment
• Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews and supervisors

Starting pay is based on knowledge and experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
