Job Title: Process Engineer
Description:
Management of all aspects of the Business Process Management Program.
Continuously identify areas requiring improvement and process documentation within the company
at all locations.
Optimize and streamline new and existing processes.
Simulate processes with iGrafx software when required.
Audit and revise process maps and related documentation.
Assist with the coordination, implementation, and modification of newly defined processes.
Post all process maps and related documentation at a location that is easily accessed by all
employees.
Validate new process implementations.
Validate/Audit existing business processes
Participate on Continuous improvement and Lean teams when required.
Lead Lean and other workshop teams within the Business Process Management Program.
Travel required.
Prepare yearly process audit schedule and review with the Quality System Engineer.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
BA degree in engineering field
1 year of process engineering experience
1 year in a manufacturing environment
