Job Title: Process Engineer

Description:

Management of all aspects of the Business Process Management Program.

 Continuously identify areas requiring improvement and process documentation within the company

at all locations.

 Optimize and streamline new and existing processes.

 Simulate processes with iGrafx software when required.

 Audit and revise process maps and related documentation.

 Assist with the coordination, implementation, and modification of newly defined processes.

 Post all process maps and related documentation at a location that is easily accessed by all

employees.

 Validate new process implementations.

 Validate/Audit existing business processes

 Participate on Continuous improvement and Lean teams when required.

 Lead Lean and other workshop teams within the Business Process Management Program.

 Travel required.

 Prepare yearly process audit schedule and review with the Quality System Engineer.

Skills:

Process engineering, Manufacturing, lean manufacturing

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

BA degree in engineering field

1 year of process engineering experience

1 year in a manufacturing environment
