Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grader to join our team. As a Grader, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, graders, and backhoes, to grade and level land surfaces for construction projects. Your expertise in operating and maintaining this equipment will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy equipment, including graders, bulldozers, backhoes

- Use grading equipment to level and smooth land surfaces for construction projects

- Perform tasks such as digging trenches, excavating soil, and moving materials

- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate grading

- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment, specifically graders

- Proficient in the operation of bulldozers, backhoes, and other related equipment

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of outdoor work in various weather conditions

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
