Immediate Need for Graders! Proficiency in High School level Math & Reading required & must be reliable!

We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals who have a passion for children to join our team at the Kumon Math and Reading Center of Odessa - Trinity!

Responsibilities

• Grading of student classwork, homework, and corrections and organizing of Student worksheets.
• Ensuring Student classwork is completed and corrected to 100%.
• Assessing oral reading ability with reading students and providing necessary feedback.
• Provide assistance/guidance to students, as needed, adhering to Kumon Method standards and center procedures.
• Provide Instructor with written or verbal feedback, as needed, based on student observations and/or student performance on worksheets.
• Work with other grading assistants to create a balanced workload to ensure grading is completed before the end of class.
• Any other tasks to enable the smooth running of the center

Hours

Looking for candidates who would be able to work both class days:

Mondays and Thursdays 3:30pm - 7:30pm (8-10 hours each week)

No experience necessary. Willing to train the right person. Please submit your resume.

Must be at least 16 years old & commited to the role.

We follow the Pasco County Public School schedule of major holidays during the school year, including Thanksgiving break and Christmas break and one week off during the summer in July.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
