May require a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Log Grader and Scaler is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to operate the grain elevator scale room to properly receive inbound and outbound trucks with weighing, record keeping, grain grading per USDA GIPSA-FGIS standards. This position will sustain the Mission and Motto and Food Safety and Quality Statement of the Mennel Milling Company.
PRIMARY WORK SHIFT: Works shift as assigned and overtime as required.
