General Duties:
Project Management:
- Project planning including scope, budgeted timeline, and resource allocation (such as special equipment needs, people power, materials).
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Track expenses. This may include getting additional scope of work approved via Sales prior to the completion of that additional work.
- Documenting work completed and materials used in Pre-Bill Summaries
Personnel Management:
- Completing quarterly performance reviews in alignment with BTi PR process for crew Communicating clear expectations and schedule to crew
- Rewarding and recognizing wins of crew
- Foster a positive work environment leaning on the company's values that promotes team morale and productivity.
- Resolving interpersonal conflict between crew members and escalate when necessary
- Encourage professional development and skill enhancement opportunities for crew
- Training crew members to align with BTi’s upward mobility
Site Management:
- Conduct site inspections as needed to provide quality control and identify potential issues.
- Implement preventive measures to minimize future problems.
- Manage logistics such as transportation of materials, equipment, and people to project sites.
- Oversee on-site work to ensure adherence to estimate specifications and safety guidelines.
Field Work:
- Understanding and execution of processes used for log home restoration (staining, chinking, caulking, masking, etc)
- Understanding of structural issues that may arise in log homes and how to address them.
- Operating all necessary equipment safely and efficiently (paint sprayers, pressure washers, scaffolding, chink pumps, chainsaws, sanders, power tools, etc).
- Set up, utilize, move, and take down ladders of various sizes, including extension ladders.
- Safely and responsibly operate company trucks with bumper pull trailers.
- Utilize project management software proficiently.
- Responsible for equipment care, maintenance, and organization.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and develop effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in log home maintenance.
- Taking company provided leadership course and company invested Continuing education (i.e., “Zero Failures”)
Physical Demands:
- Use of full-face respirators as needed
- Lifting and carrying 50 lbs. routinely, occasionally >50lbs.
- Hold a high-pressure hose for several hours
- Working at heights above 10 feet, including from extension ladders
- Some periods of overhead work
- Standing for extended periods
- Bending, crouching, kneeling, grasping regularly throughout the day
- Ability to work in a full range of environmental elements; temperatures have ranged from approximately 10 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
