Part-Time Construction Project Manager for Log Homes

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other project documentation
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for each project

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in using construction management software
- Familiarity with project scheduling software and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits:

*This job is a part-time, contract position.

*Pay is negotiable - based on experience and qualifications.

*Lodging & per diem provided.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Compensation package:

• Weekly pay

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Construction project management: 1 year (Preferred)
