Kumon offers a method of learning that provides individualized, self-paced instruction of math and reading aimed at helping children reach and exceed their school grade level.

Job Qualifications: Individuals with strong math and reading aptitude that enjoy working in a quiet learning environment. Willing to learn the Kumon methodology and curriculum.

Job duties/responsibilities:

• Guiding students to complete assignments according to the Kumon Method
• Must be able to multi-task while working one-on-one with multiple students
• Grade students work efficiently
• Recording students' progress and communicating with the Instructor
• Assisting new students with Center routine and development of good work skills
• Administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Must be available to work the schedule noted year-round
• Must be reliable
• Must be punctual
• Must pass a skills test and background check
