Forklift Operator/Cheese Grader

Primary responsibilities:

The team at Gossner foods is looking for a quality and dependable candidate to safely operate a forklift and learn the art of grading cheese. With practice and training, you will be able to transport product during the cheese curing process into various forms of racking configurations. Drivers responsibilities will also include exposure to chilled warehouses, loading and unloading trucks, receiving ingredients, maintaining accurate records, and general daily housekeeping.

Qualifications:

-Must be at least 18 years old.

-Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

-Pass a pre-employment background check and drug check.

-Be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.

-Manufacturing and Forklift experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule:

-5 AM to 5 PM. (2/2/3) Details covered at interview.

Benefits:

-Starting hourly rate is $17.30 with aggressive performance based raises up to $20.05 / hr. Some overtime is available.
