Ignite is currently recruiting for a Logistics Engineer/Technical Professional II within our Integrated Logistics Support organization, supporting the International Space Station (ISS) in Houston, TX. This position will be focused on engineering support of complex aerospace hardware and systems. The candidate will perform a variety of assignments required to enable successful hardware delivery, including working closely with engineering teams, project managers and support disciplines. In this role you will handle logistics engineering, planning and maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role requires customer support and daily interfacing with sustaining engineering teams.
The day to day tasks include manifesting hardware tasks, procedure review, coordinating repair recommendations, providing logistics support to resolve technical issues, support system analysis, modifications, and repairs for the International Space Station.
This position will be full-time, within a long-term contract supporting strategic, tactical and organizational planning activities. This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
