Pillar Logistics, LLC is a national brokerage company providing 3rd party logistics services. An integral part of our service offering is coordinating Contracted Carrier services for the home delivery and installation of appliances and electronics to consumer homes and businesses on behalf of large "big box" retailers throughout the country. We are in the San Leandro, CA market to provide top-tier experiences for one of the largest home delivery networks in the United States.
We are currently seeking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor for our San Leandro, CA location. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing operations and the on-site staff that interfaces with the client and manages the day-to-day operations of a brokerage, client relations and motor carriers for the surrounding counties.
Qualified candidates should have experience in distribution, customer service and preferably with in-home delivery. Candidates must also have a proven track record in improving overall operations, excellent team building and organizational skills, the ability to make important decisions and be proficient in Microsoft Suite.
This position requires a self-starter who can oversee, manage, organize, and assist with the hiring process, people management, automated routing systems and work with customer service personnel to develop our business relationships with our clients, their customers and our motor carriers.
Supervisor Required Qualifications:

Supervisory, leadership or management equivalent experience of at least 2 years
Supervisor Preferred Qualifications:

Associates degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or equivalent direct work experience.
