Position Summary:

The Contract Analyst position is part of a team responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of full service lease and contract maintenance transactions. The process begins after the U.S. and Canadian sales associates have completed negotiations with external customers. Contract Administration assists our sales force in servicing our external customers, while ensuring that contracts are executed in Penske’s best interests.

Major Responsibilities:

• Monitor contract packages received from PTL sales associates for accuracy and completeness.

• Test rate sheet information and contractual amendments against PTL standards.

• Code transactions in accordance with Lease Sales Commission Plan

• Ensure accuracy of contract & billing data entered into AS/400.

• Heavy phone & e-mail contact with sales associates and operations personnel.

• Frequent interaction with internal customers who utilize contract information including Billing, VehCap, and Payroll.

• Other projects as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

• 2 yrs. of Customer Service experience required

• Familiarity with Penske’s AS400 applications required

• MS Office experience – Excel, Outlook, Word

• Ability to work independently

• Detail Oriented

• Good Organizational Skills

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
