Role Description

Seeking a dedicated Clerk, the ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting drivers and visitors, managing the signing in and out of drivers, and performing various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities also include filing important documentation, accurately entering information into systems, and coordinating with clients, drivers, and management on the production floor. We are looking for someone with a warm demeanor, a willingness to help, and good communication skills who can leave a lasting impression on drivers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting drivers and visitors upon their arrival at the office.
• Managing the signing in and out process for drivers.
• Performing a variety of administrative tasks to support office operations.
• Filing important documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Accurately entering data into various systems.
• Coordinating effectively with clients, drivers, and management on the production floor

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (testing will be conducted)
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Own steel toe boots (other personal protective equipment will be provided by the company).
• Friendly demeanor with a willingness to assist.
• Effective communication skills.

• Basic Financial Understanding: Familiarity with basic financial concepts and processes, particularly as they relate to invoicing, billing, and account reconciliations.
