    Position: Logistics Specialist

    Hours: Part time (28 hours per week) - Monday 8am-4pm, Tuesday through Friday 11am-4pm. This job may require working on some Monday holidays.

    Responsibilities - shipping

    Our order fulfillment process involves:

    • Preparing and batch-processing orders
    • Printing documentation and labels and highlighting important facts
    • Picking
    • Laying out batches (with inserts and packaging)
    • Videoing batches for our records
    • Getting a batch checker to approve
    • Packing them up and labeling them
    • Taking them to our pickup points (downstairs)
    • Closing out shipments and reconciling orders at end of day

    Responsibilities - other

    In spare time, you’ll support the receiving function by (for example) helping them keep shelves stocked, handling incoming products, and assisting with stocktakes.
