Responsibilities
Gate Clerk - Inspector
- Performs inspections on all inbound and outbound intermodal units using an automated computerized gate system and/or handheld device.
- Notes the conditions of trailers, chassis, or containers after inspection.
- Control access onto facilities.
- Maintains assigned equipment & ensures work area is clean and orderly.
- Performs work in accordance with established safety & quality management procedure

Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer Literacy
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 1st and 2nd shift. Position hours 5:00am-9:00pm (Holidays)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Highly organized and flexible
- Detail oriented and ability to work in fast paced environment.
