This position will work in partnership with our Supply Chain Specialists to focus on supporting their customer/carrier needs. The Logistics Coordinator will play an intricate role in building relationships with both internal and external contacts as needed. You will be handling calls, emails, processing orders, communicating updates with customers, carriers and Supply Chain Specialists you are supporting. You must maintain a strong knowledge of processes and services offered by M2 and have superior customer service skills.
