Logistics Clerk jobs in Green Bay, WI

This position will work in partnership with our Supply Chain Specialists to focus on supporting their customer/carrier needs. The Logistics Coordinator will play an intricate role in building relationships with both internal and external contacts as needed. You will be handling calls, emails, processing orders, communicating updates with customers, carriers and Supply Chain Specialists you are supporting. You must maintain a strong knowledge of processes and services offered by M2 and have superior customer service skills.

The Position

•  Establish and nurture professional relationships with current and/or future customers and carriers
• Support new customer growth and acquisitions by developing relationships via phone/email communication
• Dispatching loads to carriers
• Order entry into TMS
• Appointment setting
• Tracking freight and updating all parties needed (internal and external)
• Understand and engage with M2 and 3rd party technologies
• Facilitate and identify billing issues/discrepancies with orders
• Support additional requests as they occur
