Job Description:

As an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, Treadmark Logistics delivers over 50,000 smiles a week! We're looking for self-motivated individuals who want to join our team delivering packages within a positive company culture that is employee centric. As a delivery associate that values success, you will deliver packages to homes, retail locations, businesses, and commercial locations in Upstate South Carolina. In this position, you will play a key role in keeping our customer commitment to make sure Amazon Prime orders are delivered on time to the right place while contributing to Treadmark's recognized history of performance excellence.

Current Need:

• Drivers willing to work full time or part time - potentially 10 hour days

General Responsibilities:

• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.
• Interact in a positive and professional manner with customers and the general public while delivering products to customers' homes, retail, and business locations.
• Follow customer instructions to provide a positive delivery experience.
• Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles along your route.
• Ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times.

Work Environment:

• Drives a delivery van up to 10,000 pounds to many customer residences and businesses, climbs in and out of van, and walks up and down stairs, uneven terrain, and steep inclines/declines as required to deliver packages according to established procedures in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility is key; routes may vary and may be delayed due to traffic from on-road congestion, construction, or other factors.
• Hourly Pay rate: $17.75 per hr.
• Potentially 10.5 hour days with 30 min lunch

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long.
• Ability to work 20-40 hours per week (options for overtime exist during select periods during the year)
• Ability to operate and navigate a 10,000 pound delivery van.
• Ability to effectively navigate via GPS and work with Google Sheets, and various Android Apps.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.
• Capable of moving up and down flights of stairs.
• Possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English sufficient to meet US DOT standard of ability to read road signs and communicate with regulatory personnel.
• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to take and pass a drug screen.
