Minimum Starting Pay: $14.73 

This intern will assist the Distribution Division management team in production and logistic operations by performing various duties. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Identify business process needs of departments to gain an understanding of the operations, systems, and business functions.
• Data collection and analytics
• Assist in writing and editing reports, presentations, and summaries.
• Complete weekly and period-end reports for various departments
• Communicate with co-workers, stores, and internal departments.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering, routing, and directing incoming and outgoing phone calls.

Qualifications: 

• Actively working toward the obtainment of a 2 or 4-year degree in business management, supply chain management, or a similar degree

• Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
• Superior organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Self-motivated
• Accurate / detail-orientated
• Ability to work with others in a team-based atmosphere.
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
• Work in a fast-paced, safety conscious environment
• High level of confidentiality is a must.

Work Schedule:  This is a paid internship.  The internship will be a minimum 3 months in length with potential to continue during school year.  Interested candidates must be willing to work 20 hours per week during the school semesters and up to 40 hours during school breaks. It is important to note that we offer flexibility with school scheduling.
