Job Summary
As the Logistics Specialist, you will track inbound containers, manage the inventory platform, and oversee the internal transfer of orders within XC’s logistics network. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in logistics and billing software.
Responsibilities:
· Attach barcodes to all inbound containers
· Enter inbound container information into spreadsheets, logistics program, and accounting software
· Track container locations with appropriate data and barcodes. Updated immediately as changes occur
· Document Management & Settlements, including Driver Logs, Bill Pay, Proof of Delivery, and other applicable data
· Grade containers
Requirements
· High school diploma required. College degree preferred
· Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
· Detail-oriented
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
· Ability to understand logistics management software
· Proven ability with spreadsheet input and analytics
