DB GLOBAL LOGISTICS is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Account Manager for one of its office Based in Texas. The Logistics Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing new business, maintaining good communication channels with customers and carriers, and ensuring excellent customer service, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with carriers and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound sales calls to grow and maintain a book of business.
• Negotiating competitive rates while ensuring a profitable return.
• Using innovative prospecting techniques to identify and qualify potential customers.
• Establishing a strong relationship with customers to increase business.
• Utilize our advanced software to ensure customers are being kept up to date during the load process.
• Meet and exceed growth targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond expectations.
• Staying current with industry trends and business markets to target potential clients.
• Support the core values of Safety, Professionalism, Integrity, and Excellence.
• Research and maintain a keen understanding of the various spot markets and trends to provide competitive quotes to your customers and prospects.
• Generate leads and contact new and existing prospects through cold calling, emailing, networking, and referrals.

Qualifications:

• 3 years’ experience in account management or customer success upselling and cross-selling, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• 1 year of working with self-sourced or passive leads.
• Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Facilities sales industry experience a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
• Bachelor's Degree with equivalent experience a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
